Dhairya Shah
Proprietor
Dhairya Shah is a highly skilled and experienced Intellectual Property lawyer. He has over ten years of experience in the field, and his expertise covers areas including trademark law, copyright law, patent law, and domain name disputes helping clients to protect the Dhairya began his career as an in-house counsel for a large multinational corporation, where he was experienced in handling complex IP matters. He then moved on to private practice, where he continued to build his expertise and reputation.
He has represented clients in a wide range of IP disputes, including trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and patent infringement cases. He has also assisted clients with trademark registrations, copyright registrations, and patent applications. Being a skilled negotiator and litigator, he is adept at resolving disputes in a timely and cost-effective. He is also a highly effective communicator and can explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
Dhairya is well-versed in the IP laws of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and many foreign countries. He is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA). It enables him to provide comprehensive legal support to clients with global interests. He regularly appears before the Registry, District Courts, and High Courts, representing clients in IP matters. Having completed his Bachelors's in Legal Sciences and LLB from the University of Mumbai, he is keen to apply his skill sets and aspires to strengthen his knowledge to shape himself into a distinguished intellectual property lawyer.

Shlok Shah
Associate
Shlok is an enthusiastic individual who is not afraid of challenges. He advises International clients about all aspects of brand protection IP due diligence, trademark clearance searches, registrability issues, and trademark prosecution. With a profound understanding of domestic and international intellectual property rights, Shlok actively engages in international IP matters for the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.
He also counsels clients regarding IP rights for copyrights, Designs and assists in litigation matters.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Symbiosis Law School, Noida, where he honed his legal skills. Additionally, Shlok specializes in handling domain dispute matters, applying his extensive knowledge to resolve domain disputes effectively.
Mahika Trivedi

Mahika is part of IP prosecution at the firm. Her practice primarily focuses on Trademarks, patents, designs, prosecution, and brand protection law. She advises a wide range of local clients concerning all aspects of brand protection IP due diligence, trademark clearance searches, registrability issues, filing and prosecution of trademark applications, assignments, oppositions, and rectification. She also counsels clients regarding the IP of copyrights, and designs and assists in litigation matters. She appears regularly before the TMR for show cause hearings.
Mahika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Diploma in Master's degree in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law University, Gandhinagar, and a Master's degree in Human Rights Law from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. She has a keen interest in Domain disputes.
